At BIOAQUA Pakistan, we strive to ensure your skincare journey is seamless, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy for damaged or incorrect items. To maintain hygiene standards, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund.

Return Process

    Verification Process

    Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided images to verify the claim of damage or incorrect shipment within 24 to 48 hours.

    Package Your Return

    Once approved, securely pack the item in its original BIOAQUA box with all seals intact and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing.

    Exchange or Refund

    After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement or process your refund via Bank Transfer or store credit.
